Self Serve - You Wash (Bathing Process Steps)
We provide all the professional quality products, equipment and tools for you to use during the self-serve pet wash!

- Load the dog into the tub of your choice by using either steps or a ramp. The tubs are at several heights, so please pick one that is good for you. Don’t forget the waterproof apron!
- Once the dog is loaded, safely hook the dog into the tub.
- The bath begins by removing excess hair using bushes and combs.
- Now it’s time for the water - be sure to test the temperature before wetting down the dog with warm water.
- Next you will select the shampoo and conditioner that is appropriate for your dog.
- Once the dog is wet, start by adding shampoo just like you would when washing your hair.
- Begin lathering carefully and massaging the shampoo into the dog - you can shampoo the dog until you feel it is clean.
- Rinse the shampoo and shampoo again; or, rinse completely.
- Now it’s time to add a conditioner and rinse completely.
- Once all shampoo and conditioner is rinsed, towel-dry as much as possible.
- The final step before drying is to take care of the ears. We supply a solution specially designed for cleaning the exterior of the ear. Simply wipe it clean with the prepared cotton ball.
- At this point it is time to use the dryer! Don’t worry, some dogs are not fond of the dryer and we will help you with this process. The dryer is a forced-air, low-temp dryer that is safe for your pet.
Full Service - We Wash
We will wash your dog for you -
using all of the same quality products, equipment and tools. The difference is you sit back and watch while your pet gets the spa treatment!

Professional Grooming
We also provide full service Professional Grooming. Simply schedule an appointment with one of our Pet Stylist for that special cut, trim, or spa treatment.
Regardless of your selection - We do ALL the clean up!

Before coming in, brush your dog to remove loose fur, mats and tangles. We have detangling spray and special tools to remove mats if your dog has any tough spots.
We supply aprons for you, but you’ll still get a little wet. Wear appropriate clothes (short sleeve shirt, comfortable shoes, etc.)
Exercise your dog before coming in. A nice long walk or a good game of fetch will release some energy and make bathing easier. “Potty time” before washing helps prevent accidents later.
Plan on spending about an hour for washing, drying, and brushing. Washing time will depend on the size and coat of your dog and how dry you want your dog to be.
There is no time limit in the tubs, but we do ask you that plan your visit at least 1/2 hour before closing time.
For health and safety reasons, dogs must be current with their Texas vaccinations such as: Rabies, DHLP, Parvo and Bordetella. You will need to provide proof of shots for your first visit. If you chose to opt out of these vaccinations for your pet due to medical reasons, please let us know ahead of time and we will work with you. If you cannot find a copy of your records, your vet can fax them to us at 253-793-5195.
