Pricing

Pricing for grooming and full-service baths is based on your dog’s size, coat type, and condition.
Dogs with heavy undercoats and/or long hair will be priced individually.
Please ask for a quote prior to your appointment.

Deposits & Cancellations

​

A 25% deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout.

​

• Cancellations: Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.

• Rescheduling: If you reschedule with 48 hours’ notice or more, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

• Late Cancellations: If notice is given less than 48 hours prior, a new deposit may be required to rebook.

• No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments without notice.

 

This policy ensures your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your pet.

Vaccination Requirements

​

For the health and safety of all guests, proof of current vaccinations is required before services can be performed:

​

• Rabies

• DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

• Bordetella

 

If your pet has a medical exemption or health concern regarding vaccines, please let us know prior to your appointment, and we’ll discuss available options.

Behavior & Safety

​

Your dog’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities.
We aim to make every grooming visit as calm and enjoyable as possible. However:

​

• If a pet becomes overly stressed, aggressive, or unsafe to handle, we may pause or stop the grooming process for their well-being.

• Additional handling fees may apply for dogs requiring extra time or assistance.

• If we are unable to safely complete the service, you will only be charged for the portion completed.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for health or behavioral reasons that may compromise safety.

 

Matting Policy

We use only humane grooming methods. Severe matting can cause discomfort, skin irritation, and other issues.

In these cases:

​

• We will discuss your options before proceeding.

• Additional fees may apply for dematting or shave-downs due to the extra time and care required.

• Removing mats may reveal underlying skin conditions for which Beau’s Bath House & Doggie Spa cannot be held responsible.

​

Regular brushing and grooming help prevent matting and keep your dog comfortable and healthy.

Late Arrival & Pickup Policy

​

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

​

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or modified to fit our schedule.

• Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment for future appointments.

 

Pickup Policy

We’ll contact you as soon as your pet is ready for pickup.

​

• Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

• Extended stays may incur a $15 extended care fee per half hour.

• Pets left past closing time may be transferred to after-hours boarding at the owner’s expense (if applicable).

 

Timely drop-offs and pickups help us maintain a calm, safe, and efficient salon environment.
